Just installed an Ibera IB-RA-4 G2 PakRak carrier. For the life of me, I could not get left mounting arm to keep from touching the rear brake cable. Is this a problem, or am I good? I did a short test ride and was able to stop okay.

You can use a seat post collar adapter instead.
