So basically i bought a bike off of Facebook the other day and the wheel was taken off. I've been trying to figure out how to put it back on for a while now but I think one of the nuts are stuck on one side of the front wheel. Ive been trying to look up what type of bike this is to see if I could find an assembly guide but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Those nuts are supposed to be tightened down first on the threaded axle (taking care that you aren’t also turning the nut it locks against which is actually part of the wheel bearing) then put the wheel in the fork then there are supposed to be two more nuts, one on each side, that secure the axle to the fork dropouts
