
After the initial box was missing this part, which I noticed only after I mounted the fenders on the back already, I had to send the whole set back. Now I received a new set which is again missing that part. Canyon seems to be not able to just send the missing part but now I wonder if that is a production issue.
It is not the only problem I have with the Grizl and the support is super slow 🙁
