I’ve been using one from Wolftooth for months now. Works great but doesn’t have the adjustment knob like your pic. I had to use thread lock to keep it from loosening but I like their color choices. Zero slippage even over some serious bumps.

I had the same problem before but I chose Makericks3D seatpost sleeve to solve the problem.
