So I messed up. I moved bikes to my new house and had the post compressed so they would both fit on my rack, then forgot to raise the seat back up when I got there. It sat that way for a couple weeks in the garage before I realized it, and now I've got very little pressure. It looks like this post (FSA Flowtron) doesn't have the valve under the seat clamp. Am I missing something? My Google searching implies that the Flowtron should have a valve here. I didn't see anything about adding air on the documentation that came with the post either. Is it cooked?

You might need to remove the cartridge to add pressure. If the seals are shot then you can replace the cartridge.
