30seconds into my ride, I hopped a speed bump, heard and felt a sharp sound, and found the oil oozing out of the damping dials. No bueno. Is this fixable? Worth fixing or should I seek a used replacement? 2018 norco sight c3, fox float DPS, 185x55mm.

Sounds like your lockout was partially engaged or you’ve gone a very long time without servicing and something on the central pinion snapped.
I had a similar failure, its totally fixable but requires a complete tear down/service and probably some parts replaced. In my case the central pinion was fractured completely.
