  1. Not really, IMHO. It’s a dedicated road bike that has been converted to a flat bar. It doesn’t have mounting points for a rack or fenders. The gearing will be pretty close-ratio and not necessarily great for hills, which may or may not be an issue depending on where you live. There are always options to add a rack to a frame not designed for it, but they are generally inferior to using dedicated mounting points. With this, you basically can only use a backpack.
