Saw someone asking in the group post, so share my DIY mod. Two steel bar from hardware store + door stopper rubber. Use nut and bigger washer.
This go with me for two overseas trip. The bag never fall down anymore. Never look back. To improve: maybe use a short steel bar to secure instead of washer.
