This thing is for sale and it’s a beauty.. it’s a custom frame that’s set up a bit too large for me. Sounds like the original rider is 6’1” and I’m 5’10” and from pic it just looks like a stretch.

Do you think I could make this work by simply lowering the spacers/stack, shorter stem, and lower the seatpost? Or is it still just going to ride poorly for myself?

I really only know mtb sizing and geo and you’re not in a consistent position for long with that so I’ve never worried about it too much.

    It’s anyone’s guess until you ride it and see, but it seems like it should work fine. If there’s 3 inches difference between you and the rider it’s set up for, that might mean lowering the saddle by an inch and a half or two. It looks like a titanium stem, so if it’s too long to be comfortable, you could sell it and more than pay for a shorter replacement. That bike’s geometry and usage should be pretty flexible for riders of different sizes.
