Won't shift into big ring, and when I go down too far in back it automatically tries to shift into big up front and makes this noise.

The front mech screech of death!
Sadly that is dead. I have seen a YouTube video where some guy takes one apart & & re-builds it. They’re not really user serviceable…
I’ve had a couple of GRX Di2 do this to me. Fortunately the 2 year warranty came to the rescue.
