Seeing if this is a good buy? Had it saved and he just dropped the price from 400 to 300. My only worry is it might be a tad to small I am 5'10 and this bike is a 54cm.

I would buy it just for the looks and the groupset, which is still pretty good. I own a 56cm kona rove al 650b and I am 6’2″.
My bike has a more relaxed geometry, but I reckon you should be good with a 54.
