pretty sure crank is bent. because BB & chainring is new.
has any one tried to fix this? bent it back on vise maybe?

Is that a square taper? Try taking it off and trying it at different positions. That can sometime fix it.
Yeah just bend it enough that the chain doesn’t catch on the front derailleur and send it.
😳 i agree with the previous poster.
It’s not impossible for a new bb spindle to be out of true. I have first-hand experience of this. Depends on QC.
