KHE Arsenic 16″ worth the money or any better options for a 7yr old in the UK?

Baring in mind I know nothing about BMX's, the boy (7yrs) has asked for a BMX for Christmas and I've narrowed it down to this KHE Arsenic 16" in black. Primarily due to its all Aluminium construction.

Any better options, which are available in the UK before I go for it?
have a budget of around £400
