If it’s not just dirty, then it could be part of the derailleur hanger.

Just looked at my CF 7 and it is flat in that area. Yours look like the carbon is slightly pushed out…

Same thing on my bike. I even contacted Canyon over it, as the exposed fibers were alarming to me. They said it’s good. Been riding it as normal and no problems, so maybe that helps give you a little peace of mind…
