Minor scratches Canyon said. Safe to use. Enjoy. Not exactly for me that want A NEW looking bike that I purchased. They offered $200.
The most annoying is the ultra matte sandpaper spot on only one side of the head tube. I can sand my skin of my fingers. Otherwise it’s a nice smooth matte silky finish. What would you do? The bike did have a little discount sale but with an extra $200 of its anyways not what I want. I’m thinking like crazy now. I have wanted a Canyon since I started cycling in may 2020..

Is that an outlet bike? If not I would return it.
That’s so minute I would just take the 200. It’ll get dinged up when you start riding anyway.
Also isn’t worth the hassle of returning then waiting for another that could also have tiny imperfections.
Return it.. after those 30 days einreibt even will get a response from them.
I would be most annoyed with the wheel imperfections, so would probably want it all replaced.
Have you considered a different sport. Maybe indoor bird watching?
