This is the most recent video I have, unfortunately it’s out of a fly out, any tips would be much appreciated. My attempts on flat look reasonably similar, however I have more trouble getting the back around.
You need more momentum. And don’t just hop off you are at 180. Just stay on the pedals and ride out. More speed though.

I learned on a quarter fly out. Practice your bunny hop. Tuck the bike up into you. And commit. Practice your rollback on a different obstacle.(bunny hop to fakie on a wedge or a drive way) get comfortable with your roll out so you’re more prepared. Have fun.

Bro what help! You got that!! With maybe a bit more speed and some more reps… you’ll land that and fakie out of that in no time!!
YOU GOT THIS!!

Try tucking the bike up into you, you seem a little extended. It’ll help keep your feet on the pedals

It appears as though you’re putting your body/weight towards the front of your bike which to begin the 180 works but upon landing your body should be more centered or shifted towards the rear to encourage backwards momentum and assist you with better balance to begin your roll out and then revert/half-cab.
Edit: I should also add that you’re doing great thus far. It took me ages to actually roll back and revert. It’s a fundamental trick but once you unlock that, you’ll be so comfortable with your bike that everything after will come much easier.

Thanks for all the tips, I think I’m ready to go back to the park and give it another shot 🙏
