The cable has rubbed through the clear coat and paint, into the raw carbon. I’m not sure how concerned I should be / if I should consider getting a new fork…
You can purchase protective adhesive stickers or pads to help reduce friction from cables on frame

Also see if you can reposition the cable. I had cable rub in that exact spot but realized I had accidentally put one cable behind the other when I redid my bar tape. I put the offending cable on top and solved it.

You don’t need a new fork.
You do need to protect it from further damage, using tape or rubber cable protectors, or (preferably) both.

It‘s just cosmetic. Nothing can happen by a cable

You could probably touch it up with nail polish if you can find the color

It’s only damaged the surface coat, this is not structural so you don’t need a new fork.
You do need to prevent anymore rubbing. Either move the cable, with clips or ties so it doesn’t rub, or get a frame protector strip (sticker) to cover the area where it does.

I like the rubber things that go over the cable – Jagwire do one that doesn’t require undoing the cables, Decathlon do one that you have to slide all the way along. They prevent that from happening and I think are neater than stickers.
The damage is just cosmetic though – just touch it up. Definitely not enough for a new fork.

I put a rubber pad on my headset just for this. Also didn’t want cable scratching the paint. It was a set from Amazon also put a couple pads where my heel hits the frame occasionally. On my MTB my left heel rubbed thru the paint but it is aluminum.

It’s impossible to tell from a picture.
Take it to your bike shop and have them structurally inspect your bike.

You caught it before any real damage. Touch up the paint and use protection on the bike or cable. Clear tape works fine. Electrical tape works if you are ok with black

Easy solution is to add some protective clear tape.
That housing looks a bit too long as well.
