    Chicksands! If you start at the same place each time, you should be able to maintain same speed. Then just practice more jump and the timing of the jump until you nail it. I’d highly recommend a lesson with Tom, the director and coach.

    You’re absorbing the lip with your arms and not popping off the lip at all, really. Push the bike into the face of the lip and straighten your legs as you’re coming up to the edge of it. Watch Ben Cathro’s how to jump videos. He explains the technique very well.

  3. Absorbing the lip too much due timing on the compression being off and your rear got bucked up on the second last one with weight too far back. More reps my man.
