is this long island?
Is it your first bike in years or just first fixed gear bike?
If it’s first bike in years, just ride more first you need to get used to being in saddle a little at least

Selle SMP makes some super comfortable saddles under $200.
Every ass is different so you’re best to find a shop that will let you test different saddles to find one that works for you.
That being said my favorite saddle is the Pro Stealth Offroad. I can easily do a four hour ‘long way home’ after work in baggy shorts with soreness or chafing.
Selle Italia turbo, selle italia flite and the bontrager paradigm are pretty much exclusively what I ride. If I have a bib on I might use a 135g SLR. Many people swear by the hammock style leather saddles like brooks but I’ve never had the best luck personally.
