  1. Take a screwdriver and put it under the chain and then put it on the gear and pry while moving the gear

    You didn’t try hard enough. It’ll pull out. You might have to pry it out with a screwdriver wedged under the chain.

  3. Loosen the chain ring to increase the gap and pull out the chain and back on to the chain ring (not a mechanic)

    If the chain has a quick disconnect, undo that. pull hard on the chain while turning the pedals so the crank is moving the same direction as you are pulling until it comes out. Then you can reinstall the chain

    My dad managed to get it out, and for everyone saying i didn’t try hard enough, i fell off my bike and injured my shoulder so I tried as much as I could without injuring myself further 😭🙏 but thanks to everyone for the suggestions 🙏
