first day in Germany why is the supermarket closed what shops are closed on Sundays why that’s crazy one week in Germany oh no it’s Sunday again oh I don’t have anything left to eat how am I going to get groceries now one month in Germany oh crap tomorrow is Sunday again I got to go get some food oh half an hour until the supermarket closes quick quick quick one year in Germany Sundays are so peaceful without the hassle of shopping kind of nice why don’t more countries have this 10 years in Germany I can’t imagine Sundays any other way it’s perfect everybody’s at home has time to meet friends hey honey can you help me carry those boxes to the basement like [Applause]

I've never lived in Germany. I'm thinking of maybe moving there, but I personally love that everything is closed on Sunday.
Meanwhile in Indonesia, all supermarkets/shopping malls are open from 10 am until 10 pm everyday.
My wife says it is for families to spend time together. My friends say it is to recover from all the beer that we consume on Saturdays.😂

In my country, businesses also close on sundays, in south smerica, and it's understandable because they're basically open every day of the week, and sundays are for rest. Although a few businesses might open, most usually close.
I live in Belgium and here on Belgium on sundays stores also closed And i live on. A state that's almost like 6 mins away from France and stop shoped closed and some open on France.😂

In the netherlands the store is open on sunday but closes more early.

I hated the Sunday closure why lived there. Back here in Hungary there was a government initiative to copy the German Sunday closure. It failed spectaculary.
