I’d say if that’s a bike you want to keep and ride, that’s a fine price to pay. Blue book is slightly under that, at 700-725 euro for excellent condition. I have found in my local area that decent bikes generally go for 10-20% above the top blue book number. That assumes it’s in good shape when you look at it. Any time I buy a used bike, I expect to have to replace things like tires, chain, brake pads, and bar tape, so I’m factoring that stuff in. It appears to be a 2017, so I wouldn’t surprised if the cassette and/or chainring needs to be replaced.
FWIW, it appears that stock was all 105 on that bike, so not sure why someone put most of a dura ace drivetrain on there, but it doesn’t appear that they’re asking some silly markup for those parts either.
