That’s just the freewheel no?
Please explain if you’re talking about the ratcheting click sound that basically every bicycle makes or if you mean something else.
Hard to say from the video. What’s your derailleur doing?
Frame knock
Is there something that counts revolutions on the bike? It sounds like it “knocks” each time the one of the pedals clears level on the forward stroke.
Have you tried cleaning and lubricating?
Take the chain off of the crank and spin it to see if it’s something going on with the bottom bracket.
