I recently bought a new bike for commuting. I’m loving it so far, but I do want more grip and stability in general, and especially in the colder months. I’ve been considering Schwalbe Marathon 365 tires for year-round commuting, but I’ve also seen some other tires that might work. Since it’s my first year commuting by bike, I thought I’d see if anyone here had any advice on tires.
I live in Santa Fe, NM where we get some pretty good snow, but there are some serious freeze/thaw cycles that keep things nice an icy for several days/weeks after a good snow. I got some Schwalbe Winter tires with spikes for when that time comes, and I’m lookin for something suitable for the rest of the year. Thanks!
