These are my first set of pirelli’s and it may be their [TechWall](https://www.pirelli.com/tyres/en-ww/bike/technology/techwall-gravel). My quick fix was to apply an ever so thin layer of Pattex repair extreme to keep strand against sidewall. Upon closer inspection the weave is becoming visible along the sidewall, but not (yet?) loose like in the picture.

Looks like something is/was rubbing it. If it was rim brakes, I would suggest checking those, but it obviously isn’t. Is anything rubbing it?

Looks like something is/was rubbing it. If it was rim brakes, I would suggest checking those, but it obviously isn’t. Is anything rubbing it?
