Replace your chain and chainring dude, probably your cog too, your drivetrain is cooked and double fried
Even just looking at it you can see the pins not lining up with the space evenly between the teeth, this is caused by a worn out chain, chainring or a combination of the 2
This can cause chainsuck, that is very bad for a fixed gear
Edit: Probably if you get a new drivetrain the wheel will now rub on the seattube, replace the drivetrain and see for yourself
