I installed my Cervelo Aspero on my Neo 2T with the Swift cog. However, the pulley wheel doesn’t seem to catch the chain correctly. It makes a ticking sound and it feels like it’s grabbing or jumping. Any ideas how to tour me shoot this?

Looks like you went the wrong way over the tab between the jockey wheels. Check that first
It sort of looks like the chain isn’t routed correctly from lower to upper pulley. Is it on the correct side of the tab?

Yellow chain path bad. Blue chain path good. 👍🏻
