So got the eglide ept and it works perfectly. Followed the park tools indexing video. All good. But the last two big cogs are a bit iffy. The first one changes with a bit of noise, but the second one doesn't change. Following the video I know it's the b screw. But I have it maxed out and there isn't enough space in between the dereiler a d the cogs to shift. It only works if I move the derailer by hand further back. From observing I might just need a longer b screw?

Any help will be much appreciated 🙏🏻

  1. Yes, the upper jockey wheel doesn’t have enough clearance to pass the largest sprocket. ~~You need to turn the B-screw clockwise to gain it clearance.~~

EDIT: the chain is too long

  2. You need more b-tension to create more clearance between the top pulley wheel and the cassette

  3. Your chain is probably not the correct length if your b limit screw is fully sunken and still not adjusted correct. How did you size the chain when you installed it?

  4. Is that derailleur compatible with a cassette that size? They are not one size fits all. What’s the model written on the derailleur? With the b tension maxed out my guess is you need a derailleur compatible with the 46 tooth cog.
