I used touring as therapy for anxiety and bipolar disorder for years. The truth is, it doesn’t work in the long run. My experience has been there is no replacement for therapy and medication. Having addressed my mental health issues, touring is more freeing and fun than ever. Be well and happy touring!
Edit: medicating anxiety issues with alcohol is a path you DO NOT want to go down.
