I need ideas on how to store cargo racks in the bike shop that I work at. People have to take out all the racks to find the one they need and the racks get tangled up and it’s a huge mess! I want to find shelving for the slat wall and use it for more storage. Lmk if you have any creative ideas! 💡

We used to hang them from hooks from the ceiling rafters. As long as they were more than 7 ft off the ground they were never in the way.
hang em across a rope in the ceiling
Holy macaroni…no offense meant when I answer stern and frank, but english is not my first language…🤙🏻
It looks like your Storage had a bad case of diarrhea.
I would try to get the wall properly sorted and arranged in a way you create areas.
Saddles in one area, Grips/BarTape together, Pedals, etc.
The crates with the handlebars create some sort of barrier that hinder customers to get really close to the items on the wall. If you store them like that customers are likely to never buy a single bar because they dont want the hassle to search what they are looking for AND all the bars will scratch up.
Maybe just put one bar per Modell on the wall and have the rest in the back nicely packed.
If these are used bars put them in a nice vintage „treasure crate“ and put one price for any of the items (e.g. 10$).
Same goes for the shelf on the left.
I guess for the slat walls there are hooks available you can hang the racks on.
Same goes for the pannier bags.
Maybe combine them on display.
And please get rid of the used red/black thingies on the right.
And always ask yourself how you from a customers pov would like to buy bikeparts.
I had a pile of those racks. I just started adding them on cheap bikes I’ve been selling. Just to get them gone.
They are almost impossible to sell. And take up a bunch of space.
