I have a Giro FF helmet and goggles that I haven’t worn since 2010 during my last X-TREME!!! MTBing days. Today I used it for the first time since then, so I could stay warm on my ebike commute.
I have a balaclava that works well too, but after a recent wet road wipeout on the same bike (going a little too fast in a turn) and hitting my cheekbone on the road (helmet for the “I’m not a vegetable today” win), I decided to give the FF and goggles a try, and they did the job well!

I think you need something like FogAway for your glasses.

I have a balaclava with a breather thing built in. Stops the hot breath getting to my glasses.

My EYEBALLS fogged up when I hit the warmth of the office. First time that’s happened in 9 years of commuting. haha
