Hello! Looking around for a bike to cruise around with my son, go camping and eventually maybe go on dirt trails.
I've always loved BMX bikes so I looked around and narrowed it down to 2: the Crew Bikes Crewser 24 and the Crew Bikes Crewser 26
Im only looking to ride it around occasionally, maybe pick up some tricks, and go on trails, so I don't really need anything too crazy. Im trying to stay under $400 lol
I also looked at MTBs, Gravel Bikes, fixies and even converting bikes like the folks in /r/xbiking.
I know nothing about bikes so any help is appreciated!

Not sure where you live, but nobody is riding a BMX cruiser on the MTB trails around me. Not happening with tall gearing and no front brake, way too steep.
