In today’s video, I’m out delivering in Cambridge on the brand new Duotts C29 e-bike — and this thing absolutely surprised me. It’s not a full review, but throughout the shift I talk about how it handles real delivery work, the specs, the power, and how it feels riding around a busy city for a proper day of orders. 🚴‍♂️⚡

From fast take-offs to climbing hills with ease, the C29 made this shift a lot more fun than usual. I even had a couple of unexpected moments along the way (including a classic drink-spilling disaster 😅). The only thing is I’m pretty stupid because I have a back box, but then again, you know, when you go into the restaurant and you bring like a thermal bag, this is the thermal bag that I have cuz I thought it was way bigger, but it’s actually pretty small. So, if I have a couple of bags, ain’t no way it’s fitting in there. So, there may be problems, but we will see. In here, I’ve just literally just got like the towel and that’s kind of it cuz when I go, I’ll leave the bag on the thing. Maybe I have to bring it in. I have no idea. We’ll smack it out, dudes. I’m actually buzzed about the back box. I love the back box. 8 minutes away. Let’s go drop this bad boy off. So, yes. As you can see, today I have a new bike. It’s sent to me by Duat. It’s the C29, and it is a bloody beast, mate. This bike is currently on a Black Friday deal, guys. This is the first time I’ve kind of rode this bike, but first impressions so far. The seat is proper bouncy, proper proper soft, spongy. It has a USB, which charges like just plug that in and then boom, full battery. I got 100%. That’s cool, right? It’s got so much room on the handlebar. I got the USB, the phone mount, I got the the camera, I got the screen, the brakes. There’s so much stuff. It’s got a horn. Oh dear. It’s a nice looking bike as well. It’s a mountain bike, which is my preferred style. This is going to be my uh my live stream bike, which I’m going to be live streaming very soon. I know I keep saying that, but trust me, it’s coming soon. It’s cuz I’m back and forth between France at the moment. Going to have a good time today, guys. Let’s freaking go. That that first pickup was like perfect for my little bag. It’s got lights built in as well. So, you just push this light button and then the lights turn on the front and the back, which is like perfect. Like, you don’t ever have to worry about lights. This has got to be one of the best, if not the best, food delivery bikes for this price. It cost like less than £700. Ah, yes. Yes, we’re at Mathematical Bridge. It’s beautiful. I love it. Although there’s nobody out today cuz it’s miserable day in England, just like bloody every day at the moment. How’s the food doing back there? Are you okay? No, help us. All right, good. I brought my coat cuz I thought it was going to be freezing cold, but it’s actually not that bad. Pretty comfy. I’m not going to lie. It’s pretty It’s pretty smooth ride on this bike. It’s got 29 in tires. It’s got massive tires, but it didn’t stop me from smacking on the back of my car, so it’s always good. All right, guys. We are arriving at the location in a second. I never really care about the gears because I’ve never once changed a gear on an electric bike and I don’t know who changes gears on ebikes. Unless unless the battery runs out, of course. Brakes do the job as well, guys. Mechanical brakes. Although, do what was super kind because I’m going to be using this bike for a while. They gave me the hydraulic ones, which is amazing. Although, I haven’t installed them yet because I have no idea how to. So, I’m going to have to take him to like a bike shop cuz I think it’s a bit out of my realm. Installing hydraulic brakes. I’m so dumb when it comes to doing stuff like that. I think I dropped off at this uh building before. I think it’s a flat. I think I know exactly where this is. This bike has a 250 W motor, although it’s limited to 250 watt. I’m pretty sure it has 750 watt, but it’s UK legal because it’s it’s limited. There’s a dog. Oh, thank you. Just arriving now. It is really good. I really like it in a lot of ways. It’s got a USB so you can charge. It’s got electric horn and lights, which is just everyone wants that on a bike. So much better. Trust me. It’s got a really good battery. Battery life is probably something like 50 mi, which is more than enough for a beefy shift. It’s got good potential, this bike. There’s these girls that are way in there. They’re like, “Can I be in your tech talk?” No, you can’t. If you guys are thinking about getting a bike, especially a bike like this, an ebike, a cheap ebike, I’d recommend this one. You guys can use my link in the description.
