Hi I crashed and have bent and snapped one of the brake mounts on the rear of my mondraker dune 2018. I was wondering if anyone had any sugestions . The mount bends towards the disc and rubs on it so so I couldn’t just weld the snapped mount back on.

Welding without proper heat treatment will introduce more stress into the part so it would be likely to fail again, aside from aluminium not being the easiest material to weld in the first place. I wouldn’t ride it.

That doesn’t jump out as a crash break from the video. You could try to say it just snapped and ask mondraker for any help. Maybe you get a discount code even if it’s out of warranty.
