They cover the crank arm bolts on a specialized mtb crank. Forgot to tighten, lost one in the woods

I’d go with ‘self-extractor retaining nut’, but may vary brand to brand and crankset to crankset. Whoever stocks your crankset’s brand would be a starting point as to where to buy.

What cranks are they? You’ll want to search for that brands specific parts. It isn’t really a generic part.

likely something like these would fit, but as mentioned it might be a speical size, i would stop at a bike shop to ask. you dont need them, they are there to keep the bolt from loosening, and for removing the crank without a crank extractor tool.
you will also need a 2 pin tool to properly install, too, which you might not want to buy
