I am immensely thankful to you guys for helping me out. I learned so much from y'all and changed so many things before the ride. The main adjustments being no back pack, no hydration pack, ditched half the shit I was planning on brining originally… I found a handle bar bag last minute after reading all the comments, I am not sure it was installed 100% correctly, but it worked great and I was able to minimize stopping! I got 2 tpu tubes instead of the one big heavy one. I still packed too many snacks, I didn't have any mechanicals. There were JUST enough places to refill my water bottle. I had to stop at a gas station once to refill during a stretch with no water fountains. I think I will go for a saddle bag next time and no handlebar bag. I did have jersey pockets but didn't really use them. I maintained about a bottle an hour between the tailwind and water, and was eating at least something about every hour, with 4 tacos at the halfway point. I honestly felt great, and only started to get tired during the last 15 miles or so. I took 2 ibuprofen a little after halfway in anticipation of my butt hurting, and only lubed up on chammy butter at the beginning. The start of the ride was colder than anticipated so my toes and fingers just about froze off, especially with my silly indoor riding shoes with massive holes. But I was able to reset half way and was good after that. There were insane hills at the 45 mark and again at the 55 mark, after turning around at 52 miles or so, I enjoyed that.
Anyways, thanks guys! It was a blast. 10/10 would recommend. It was on the Silver Comet, from the start to Cedar Town.

Congrats, it’s a big accommplishment. I too keep it pretty minimal. No saddle bag or any bag. I have a SWAT box on my 2019 Diverge for mechanical essentials. I put a couple bananas and nutrigrain bars or similar in my bad or uncrustable and I ussually stop for lunch at some point in the ride and get a sugary drink and some food.
