I had to take a slight step back today. My bag is slightly taller than my box from yesterday, but it doesn’t have any length. It only took like 2 hours to hit this shit today and it felt realllllly good compared to spending 4 hours yesterday and not hitting my goal. I also woke up in sooooo much pain from yesterday so I definitely felt like I had to dial back a little. Today I did a bunch of stretches, a little bit of yoga, and a bunch of warm up things that y’all suggested yesterday before i even started bunny hopping too.

I stillllll gotta get that front wheel way higher!!!!!!!!! I promise I’m working on it!!!

Daily Discussion: I don’t know how to describe this mental barrier so forgive my vulgarity, but at some point I stopped being a BTCH and made the bike my BTCH. Like there was something in my head that was holding me back, and I got over that and all of a sudden I was able to hop higher. Idk how to describe it. Do y’all know what I’m talking about???

  1. Lil tip for lifting higher, lean your upper body more back to pull the bars up. Keep on it bro. 🤝

remember, never stretch cold, always warm up first.
And if you’re experience big muscular/joint pain after riding, take 1 or 2 days off, take care of your bike during that time. (I gave myself tendonitis after riding our local bowl everyday for 2 months, not fun)

Hit that cold plunge for your aches and soreness. Take a day off and maintain the bike. Watch some videos on bunny hops, start again the day after. I still think it would help alot with the mental barrier if you slow your speed down. You can focus more on your form. Looks like you’re jumping before you really need to.
