From our house to the EuroVelo6 which runs along the river Doubs which hosts the canal du Rhone au Rhin. Nice and flat till the city of Dole. Turned south along a converted rail track, also easy going. Last along the valley of the river Loue. Basically around the Foret de Chaux. Great day on the bike, euro velo is perfect cycling as is the converted rail track.

[Music] Plan for today is to follow the Euro VO route six along the canal Don then a converted rail track and then follow the river Lou. These stretches along the canal the rail track and the river can easily be identified on the profile. All in all, we did 540 m over 105 km in blue the route of today and in magenta the route that we did in the area. Our usual watering hole, the bar of France was closed. So we went to the buner next door. You can see the guy behind me making the bread. Heat. Heat. [Music] Here [Music] [Music] we cross the river. away. [Music] And here we cross the canal to land. The cycle pass of the U velo 6 can be seen right next to it. [Music] And here we uh we join the fun on the map. We’ve arrived now at the fine moors of the route. [Music] This is the river loot. [Music] It can be seen that the canal separates from the river. [Music] Now and again it’s just a wall separating the river from the canal. [Music] Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat.
