Iโ€™m working on a tiny personal side project about how people who train (especially cyclists) deal with night heat / sweating and how it affects sleep and recovery.

Iโ€™m not selling anything, not promoting anything, and itโ€™s not for a brand, just trying to understand if this is a real issue among people who ride.
