Got my canyon pathlite serviced recently.
Discovered their bike clamp damaged my top tube with indentation across top and bottom of the tube.
I'm fairly livid.
I've spent 1.1k getting the bike serviced twice this year and don't expect it back with more damage.
Also didn't replace the brake pads or disc's and I've no stopping power in the front brake which they can resolve anyway.
Curious if other people have had similar damage thanks for their service Centre?
I'm a bit insulted at their 150e offer as compensation for damaging a 3.5k bike.
