everything I ate in North macadonia I’ve been waiting so long to wreck a burck my first burck was in the old Bazaar and sent me back 70 Macedonian dinner absolutely can’t go wrong with Chewy pastry sour spinach and salty cheese but I wasn’t finished with burx yet as I smashed a second one at bakery La delicious this one was Oiler but still super chewy and tasty finally a proper meal as I order a tapi grae from a restaurant the tapi grab tree actually surprised me with its crispy caramelization on top it punched well above its weight for some beans in a pot I also ordered some classic Bulan shops for a side it wasn’t anything crazy but it did the job on the way to Lake orid I put away another Buck for breakfast but then I had a devastating catastrophe I tried to order the stuffed pepper dish petti pery but there must have been a mixup because what I received was so disgusting huge clumps of sour cream with raw caps can mixed in this was not the stuffed peppers I asked for I’m usually determined to finish meals but this was horrible it also sent me back 300 dinner which is horrible value relative to other meals in macadonia after that horror show I wasn’t taking any risks i c a juicy Durham from the old bizaar which resurrected my taste buds from the dead I also bought some sweet tumber for dessert and on my last day in scapa I pled through another tabi grab this one was even better than the first with the crispy caramelized surface layer and the hearty and tasty baked beans down the bottom

You missed on a lot of things. Pastrmajlija, ajvar, makedonka pleskavica, kebapi, uvijač, the tavče gravče in the video doesn't look good, no idea what's that cream thing either – it's far from polneti piperki / stuffed peppers.
If you liked burek so much, you should've tried more similar foods: kora, maznik, zelnik, banička.
Doner is not a typical food, Macedonia doesn't have a traditional wrap.
Tulumba is also present in the Macedonian cousine, but it's of Middle Eastern origin. The native Macedonian dessert is ravanija, usually served with a ball of ice cream.
Overall, you definitely didn't catch the actual taste of the cousine. You should come again and give it another try with the info you have now.
