  1. No you just need to screw the pump head back on and add air. If you let all air out of the positive chamber without cycling the shock at all, it can stay “sucked down” until you add pressure back.

  2. Can’t really see if the threads on the valve are damaged from this picture. Assuming they’re not, thread the shock pump back on. I think that specific pump requires you to use the silver knob first, then tighten the red portion down.

    Add 50psi then cycle the shock a few times to equalize the chambers. Add another 50 and cycle again. Repeat until you reach your desired pressure.
