Definitely BB creak? If I press the other pedal, it creaks back.

I tightened the chainring bolts, pedals, and crankarms, and given this behavior I’m pretty sure its the BB. If so, does it need replacement? or just a regrease/reseating?

If my notes are correct, it is a Tange LN 3912 square taper BB.
Do I just need a crank puller and a BBT-22?
