It's not remarkable….If you look above the rear wheel you will see a battery pack…That indicates it is an e-scooter with an electric motor driving the rear wheel. It also has a treadmill powered by the battery and the treadmill is not connected to the rear wheel ….it just moves at a slow walking pace and give the illusion that the rider is propelling the scooter by using the treadmill. the speed of the scooter is adjusted with a controll
on the handlebar.
