  1. You don’t fix aluminium frame, period. You said you bought it new and the frame was already bent before, try activate the warranty. Good manufacturer has warranty on their frames.

  2. At this point you have nothing to lose since probably no shop is going to want to repair this, at least not cheaply compared to the cost of the bike. Just bend it back as straight as you can with some prying and whatever metal tools / bars you have lying around.

    Since it was already slightly bent to begin with, you’re probably not too worried about getting it perfectly straight. Just make sure its not cracked or visibly weakened in anywhere important.

  3. You’re also missing cranks and a rear brake.

    Alu isn’t really repairable without spending a lot (and even then not always an option).

  4. Yeah, that frame was toast before you dropped/bought it. The rear triagle should not bend just by the bike falling over.

    Yes it is fixable with the right tools I suppose, you would have to expand it in the other direction somehow to even it out. Frame is going to be solid.

    Worse case, go for a different tyre that is less in width.
