  1. Won’t be comfortable what so ever on long rides as compared to something like an endurance road bike with tire clearance for 32-35mm tires, but comfort is quite subjective. People use to ride hundreds of KMs on road bikes with skinny 23mm tires and they were doing that for decades…The max tire clearance on these is probably a 28mm, if even. This looks like a pre-2013 BMC Race Machine. I say that because the 10 speed ultegra groupset is pre-2013 when Shimano released the 11 speed. Will it feel fast? Yes. Will it feel stiff? Yes. Just know you’re getting a rim brake bike (quite out dated), with very limited tire clearance. If you’re primarily riding this on the road, that shouldn’t be an issue.

Looks to be in absolutely amazing condition though. If those are the stock wheels and tires, it looks like it’s barely been ridden even a couple hundred miles. I say that because the brake track on those wheels look almost new with barely any wear and the shiny luster is still on it even.

$850 isn’t a horrible price, but not an amazing price either. I’d get it down to $650 and settle maybe at $750.
