  1. Depends on how it feels and your reach. If it feels like you’re having to slide yourself back onto the saddle or hold yourself up with the bars then the saddle can come forward more, otherwise it’s fine. You also have to check seat height again when you do this.

  2. Ultimately it’s based on how it feels for you, granted it shouldn’t be way in the front but if it felt better that way for you then I’d recommend an offset seat post.

  3. I run that same saddle on several bikes. I found that if it’s nose down at all, it’s very uncomfortable. Leveling it off has greatly improved the comfort of it.

  4. Saddle position affects your knees more than just about anything else. You should position it based on your body preference and not aesthetics
