So I bought the cheapest DH bike on marketplace ($500). It came with two shocks, a rock shocks vivid coil, and a fox dhx2. The fox shock leaks, and the rock shox has air in the system. It’s a 2018 Commencal supreme v4.2. It needs work in about every spot imaginable. I’m a bit worried about the fork clamps though. This bold appears to be the wrong size and cross threaded in. At least it came with new bearings for the linkage. Do y’all think I should get new fork clamps?

If anyone wants to buy the DHX2 factory, I’m selling it and I’ll do a full rebuild on it.
Definitely get new fork clamps. Also check inside the steerer when you get the fork off for any cracks. Gl with the rebuild.
