As long as it doesn’t need $500+ worth of work, it’s a good deal.

Hard to judge from the photos, but it looks to be in decent shape. If it rides and shifts well enough, it would be a great deal where I am located. Male sure it’s your size.
That’s about right for an alloy rim-brake Synapse in the UK.
