Seems high for a 2010ish Tiagra Aluminum bike. Though a good price will depend on your local market.
That’s the older Tiagra 4600 10-speed which uses the older 8/9-speed short cable pull for shifting.
It’s not worth as much as the newer Tiagra 4700 which uses the longer 11-speed shift cable pull, which shifts better (and consequently Tiagra 4700 levers are compatible with 12-speed 105 derailleurs and 11-speed 105/Ultegra/DuraAce/GRX mechanical derailleurs, for more derailleur options).
I’d try to negotiate 100 lower on that bike due to that fact.
